Claudia and Kayne met at school in maths class at their high school in Gatton, they knew of each other, but weren’t friends but two years after high school finished they reconnected again, through good ol’ Facebook.
Claudia got ready at Allure Resort and Kayne at the Islander Resort
Kayne had updated his status to ‘Like for a chat’ Claudia liked it and it kicked off what would result in the both of them standing on a Straddie beach declaring their love forever.
Celebrant Mel Wed with a twist
Claudia and Kayne both separately consider Straddie special to them, Kayne loves the rock wall in Amity – where he has no doubt caught many more fish then we have even though it is across the road from our house and Keryn has a soft spot for the sand blow on Deadman’s, their family call it Ken’s Spot after her great grandfather, who’s ashes are spread there.
Photos taken on the Gorge Walk and Deadmans Beach
Kayne proposed on a weekend away at the Coast with friends with a setup on the beach and their dog running towards them with the engagement ring. Eeeeeep. Stooooop.it Kayne.
Ceremony on Home beach, Point Lookout
This was damn fun, the bridal party were very freakin cool and everyone was pretty happy to put in the extra slog through the sand to get to Keryn’s favourite spot in front of the sand blow on Deadman’s Beach, we were happy because we hardly get to go there for photos and the light was a big thumbs up, thanks Mother Nature.
