Simply said; Straddie is our backyard. We call it home, and we’re here to be your local guides, revealing its hidden gems, breathtaking vistas, top-notch vendors, and everything you need to create your perfect island wedding.

We’re Ang and Stu, married duo, wielding our cameras and covering weddings for over a decade on this enchanting island – yes, you read that right. For the past ten years, we’ve been photographing exclusively on North Stradbroke Island (with a few exceptions) and we’re still pinching ourselves.

In our previous lives, we were globe-trotting newspaper photographers. Now, we split our time (half on the island, half on the road) and get to hang out with some of the coolest folks while taking stunning photos.
